Overview
Create (or upsert) the "security object" the bank core needs for a new loan: a
Share-in-Housing-Cooperation asset (bostadsrätt) together with its collateral object and
the BRF rent. This is an intermediate enrichment step during loan preparation — the
entities live in the post-Offer scenario and changes as CREATE_ELEMENT entries, and
the external ids returned by the bank are written back onto each entity's
basicEntityInformation.externalId (so a later call upserts instead of creating).
